The view from the apartment was amazing, the apartment itself left us speechless, it was beautiful!
The lift was not working properly, this meant it took us 30 mins to get to our room, the concierge did not seem to know what he was doing. When we were leaving sunday we were left waiting for 45 mins for a taxi, that we had ordered for 10.30am. One half of our party went and we arrived 1hour and 20 mins later..that was appaling!!

Stayed in a stunning room with both living area and bedroom having panoramic views over the Thames and London. Total luxury

The apartment was very spacious for the four of us. Uninterrupted views of the Thames river! Quite well-appointed and functional. Staff friendly and quite helpful. Being picked up from Clapham Junction train station was a bonus. Bus stops just outside the complex were very convenient. Would stay here again without hesitation!
Not having two single beds (instead of a double) provided for my children as requested with the booking was annoying. The roll out single bed then unhesitatingly provided after reiterating our previous request was uncomfortable and prone to collapsing. This was our only negative experience in the 6 days that we stayed there.

The views of the Thames are amazing. The apartments are huge, so plenty of space especially good for kids. The beds are really comfortable and the underfloor heating is a nice touch.
For a luxury apartment the furniture is sparse. The beds are only doubles no kingsize or superking not even in 1 of the four bedrooms. The on suites and the main bathroom are small. The kitchen was lacking in crockery and pans certainly not enough feed or go around 8 people.

Clean and comfortable apartment. Nicely equipped kitchen. Superb view of Thames river and city skyline. Available parking for fixed daily fee (albeit valet-parking only). Note that all 2-bedroom and larger apartments are duplex, with kitchen/dining/living on one floor and bedrooms on another floor. Kids will enjoy climbing up and down the 3 ft wide staircase. Elderly folk will not.
No broadband connection in room, not even as a paid option. This might be understandable in a heritage/historical building but is simply unbelievable in a brand new steel and glass tower. Free internet touted in listings is 56k dialup -- so last century! Fortunately came prepared with a 3g MiFi router and prepaid data sim from 3mobile. Not super fast but could at least make 0.5-1 Mbps download and get online with 2 laptops and 2 iphones simultaneously

The staff was very friendly and convenient. Nice rooms. Very well equiped included wifi access. The view of the Thames was very amazing. Appartement is good for family of 5. Bus stop in front of the Hotel, less than 1/2 hour to reach Victoria Station is very usefull and much less expensive than the Taxi called by the Hotel.
We asked for a Taxi, and the prices were not mentionned. No way to know how to really pay.It was really on the own appreciation of the taxi driver.

It was a great size apartment for my group of friends. Balcony views over the river were fabulous and it was easy to access Clapham Junction. The split level apartment had everything we needed and the staff were very helpful.
It would have been good to have tea towels, dish cloth and broom to clean up as we cooked etc. They did clean the apartment even on a weekend break, but it was not easy to maintain without basic supplies.

The flats are spectacular. The staff very friendly and the shuttle service very good.
As the flat is so good, we decided to enjoy room service. The food was inedible. It arrived cold and was badly cooked. A huge disappointment - especially given the price. Breakfast was yet worse - I travel a lot and this is the worst I have ever had.

Spacious, modern , great view and well equipped
Spoit because the room was very noisy as the walls are paper thin and the builders started banging and drilling at 7 am! Even though a very nice place would not stay there again as did not get any sleep

It was perfect accomodation when with kids as there was plenty of room. For the same price we would have been stuck in 1 bedroom box in central london. I would rather have enjoyed this accomodation and jumped on a bus for 5 mins every day. The place is not close to a metro but the 170 goes every 6 minutes right outside the hotel to victoria. Or you can just jump off at battersea bridge and jump on another one there to sloane square (E.g 319) or south kensington (345) to avoid victoria. The bus is more fun for kids anyway..they love sitting upstairs on the 345 to south kensington! For breakfast I recommend the battersea grill on battersea bridge road, just jump off the 170 bus on the parkgate road stop before jumping on a bus again at battersea bridge.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and with a great view. We were not expecting to have so much space. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive to need. As a family of 4 we had a great time.

4 of us were given a 4 bedroom two floor suite-absolutely fantastic- everything was upto standard required-we have stayed in a few 5 stars hotels, which cannot come close to the overall quality of this apart-hotel
Not quite central london but under/overground service is excellent
